When your Copious order arrives, AWESOME! Now try it on, do not wash, remove price tags or care tags from your item. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me at info@copiousfashions.com and I will provide the information you need to ship your order back.
RETURNING:
You have 14 days to return your item to me. If it a size issue, you can exchange for the correct size or you can opt for a full refund. The only exceptions to these rules are items that are returned worn, damaged or are final sale items.
- EMAIL – contact info@copiousfashions.com to organize return.
- SHIP ITEM BACK - You can opt for me to send you a Canada Post return label for $16, this amount will be held back from the refund of your original order, or you are welcome to use your own shipping provider. If you use your own provider please ship back WITH tracking number.
- WRAP ITEM SECURELY IN PACKING ENVELOPE – Make sure the garment is securely sealed in a waterproof shipping envelope.
- RETURN ITEMED RECEIVED – You will be able to track your item, once it is received and inspected, I will refund your order with the original method of payment, excluding the original shipping fees which are non-refundable and if applicable, the pre-paid return label.
- SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION – Copious is a small batch company, which means the amount I produce is much smaller than other companies, due to this I ask that returns are done promptly within 14 days of the date you receive your item. Any return made after this time frame will be issued a store credit.
EXCHANGING:

- SHIP ITEM BACK - You can opt for me to send you a Canada Post return label for $16, or you are welcome to use your own shipping provider. If you use your own provider please ship back WITH tracking number.
- WRAP ITEM SECURELY IN PACKING ENVELOPE – Make sure the garment is securely sealed in a waterproof shipping envelope.
- RETURN ITEMED RECEIVED – You will be able to track your item, once it is received and inspected, I will refund money if there is a price difference, or will reach out to ask you to go through the steps of paying the difference for your exchanged item. If it is a partial refund, that will go on the original method of payment, excluding the original shipping fees which are non-refundable and if applicable, the pre-paid return label.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the wrong size or colour or garment is shipping to you, contact me and I will issue you a pre-paid label at my expense and get you the correct order ASAP.
