LISTENING TO

TESTED was informative & eye-opening, showcasing the inequality in Olympic sports. It documents the evolution of women having to prove their "biological" gender to compete, from physical body checks to testing testosterone levels. The host follows athletes labeled DSD and shows the repercussions when their test results are public.

READING

You know that question 'If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would you choose?' well for me it is Peggy Guggenheim. I have always been obsessed with her. From her style to her love for surrealism and modern art and her steadfast support of the artists responsible for this cultural movement. She was a tastemaker throughout her life and walking through her museum in Venice is still one of the greatest experiences of my life.

WATCHING

Like every good Guy Ritchie movie 'The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare' is dry, witty, has instantly lovable characters, a great plot, and firepower. This is based on real-life events, which makes it that much more interesting. Highly recommend it if you need a good watch!

DOING
The word I would use to describe August is desperate. It seems to be my vibe throughout the whole month. I am desperate to eat as much homegrown goodness, desperate to enjoy all the cottage time I can get, and desperate to keep up on my Fall production. The second September hits and we get that cooler weather, I start to chill out a bit, literally!
WORKING ON
Your girl has been working on Fall since April! Most of my year is dedicated to my Fall production, so I have been sitting on LOADS of gems. I can't wait till you get to see them all.
